This is where your ideas start to take shape. We put together floor plans and interior and exterior views so you can really see how your project will look and function. It’s all about helping you feel confident in your design choices.

This is the stage where your design starts to take shape on paper in a way that can be built. We create the official drawings and specifications, signed and sealed by an architect, that your contractor will use to bring your project to life.

At this stage, you’ll also bring in other experts—like structural, electrical, or mechanical engineers—along with your contractor. This helps make sure everyone is on the same page and that your project stays on track with your budget and expectations.

Your chosen contractor brings your project to life, managing all construction methods, schedules, and on-site work. Makelite can visit the site to observe progress and ensure the project is being built according to the design and plans, helping your vision come to life as intended.
